Compostable filler Masterbatch
(reCarb-SM 75)

Made of PBAT base filler Masterbatch consisting Calcium Carbonate mineral. This is used in combination of PBAT / PLA to make low cost carry bags, pouches, films, mulch films and several other packaging bags.
Typical combination for blown film includes PBAT / PLA/ SFM 75.

PBAT Resin

PBAT (polybutylene adipate terephthalate) is 100% compostable polymer resin used in making films and other compostable products. reCarb offers imported PBAT resin at competitive process.

PLA Resin

PLA(Polylactic Acid) is 100% compostable polymer resin used in making films and other compostable products. reCarb offers imported PLA resin at competitive process.

Slip Masterbatch

For compostable films manufacturing, it is essential to maintain certain low friction (easy slip) properties to have the bags open easily. reCarb supplies compostable material-based slip additive Masterbatch to add during film blowing.

Color Masterbatch

reCarb offers wide range of PBAT based color Masterbatches. Colors are made based on customer specific needs and most cases its customised.

Smell Free Compostable Filler Masterbatch
(reCarb-SF 70)

Made of PBAT base filler Masterbatch consisting smell free food grade mineral combination that doesn’t give any characteristic smell in the final bags/films, especially useful for packing food. This is used in combination of PBAT/PLA to achieve lower cost in end products.

Transparent Compostable Filler Masterbatch
(reCarb-ST 70)

Made of PBAT base filler Masterbatch consisting of lower refractive index minerals to maintain the semi-transparent nature in final films/bags. Especially useful to pack bread, sambar other food ingredients that can be seen through.
Due to high filler loading, this makes product highly competitive in comparison with regular transparent products

Thermoplastic Starch (TPS) granules
(reCarb TPS)

TPS is ready to use bioplastic granules made of destructured native starch . Its fully BIO-BASED and fastest degradable materials due to high bacteria activity. Also its most economical polymer which can be used up to 50% in films and up to 30% in rigid packaging products.

Granules for Transparent thin garment bags
(reCarb-GP20)

Globally compostable garment packaging bags have been used for past 10-15 years which are based on PBAT/PLA/Starch resins. Garment bags need to have excellent transparency, thin sections, tensile, tear and easy processing and cutting/sealing properties. reCarb offers ready to blow granues having good balance of transparency and performance propeties.

Granules for Blow Moulding of Bottles
(reCarb- BM15)

Packaging bottles used for shampoo, pesticides, mild chemicals etc are one of fat moving and littered in the environment. Moving to compostable can greatly benefit to reduce the pollution. reCarb offers both transparent and white (opaque) grade garanules that can be blow molded in both parson and pre-form molding processes.

Straw grade Compostable Granules
(SSE01)

Made of compostable polymers like PLA, PHA, PCL and PBAT, this grade offers unique balance of high speed extrusion, bending, flexibility and medium shelf-life performance. Ideal for bent straws used for cold beverages. Can meet international compostability standards.
